The system automates the standard routines for shipment processing, tracking and management.

Shipment Preparation and Processing

• Prepares and prints air waybills on hardcopy forms, labels, or A4 plain paper
• Automatically allocates and validates destination codes
• Produces appropriate customs documents
• Generates shipment manifesting, which can be sent on request or automatically at a pre-set time each day
• Sends pre-alerts to DHL and recipient, when necessary
• Processes inbound shipments
• Can import shipment information from other systems

Shipment Tracking

• Individual or multiple shipment tracking for inbound and outbound shipments on-line
• Generates real-time shipment transit or delivery details
• Permits convenient tracking via shipper's reference for outbound shipments

Management Reporting

• Generates standard and customised reports (including general shipment profiles, detailed breakdown of shipments or costs)
• Archives shipment information and delivery confirmation for up to 13 months

Database Management and Maintenance

• Maintains shipment history and address databases
• Stores mailing lists for up to 64 distribution lists
